Hello, My name is Ka Shing Lo.
As you know I’m a breakdancer. Over the years of training and dancing, I’ve learnt other dance styles and adapted yoga into my foundation of living too.
‏‏‎ ‎
At the moment I’m focusing on fitness and health, as it’s my day job in teaching dancing and body movement. I’ve also been working in busy kitchen, construction site and so on. The best training ground is to actually do these physical works in order to test my health concepts and hone my skills in healing and develop my concepts in health.
‏‏‎ ‎
Health is simple for me as I believe there is just the imbalance occurs when a body system isn’t regulated well, and there will always be a way to tackle it as nothing can be 100% definite. Some people can overcome cancer, imagine that!
‏‏‎ ‎
Some of my friends are fitness trainers and we sometimes share views on muscle theory and body training and healing. It’s 30% of physical work-out and 70% of stretching, resting and so on. The same as we study a brand new subject, the lesson you attend at that moment in time is to absorb the knowledge in first hand, but the dicing down timing is actually off the class, when you’re doing something else or resting. Our brain will automatically help us combine those complicated concepts in the background, so the next time we get back to the desk, is to start reviewing and remembering them through rewriting or drawing them once again.
‏‏‎ ‎
During this Covid-era, I’ll be sharing health concepts that many people seem to be struggling with, and providing ways to tackle those areas. We focus on mental – physical – spiritual healing, and connecting with our body, through movements and active breathing. Discussing nutritious values on foods and remind ourselves to drink water. Cleansing the past and karmic connections, so we can have rooms for mindfulness and improvement. If we don’t let go the things on our hands, we have no empty hand to receive something new.
‏‏‎ ‎

Don’t worry, I’m still the writer who likes to dive myself in the storylands and get lost with poetry and different faces of characters in between!
